Heart in Hand is a handmade goods business based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. All items sold through this website are handmade.

Because items are handmade, slight variations may occur between products. These variations are a normal part of handmade craftsmanship and make each piece unique.
 

Orders

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and the time required to create handmade items.

Once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange pickup or delivery.
 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to cancel or change an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your item may already be in production and changes may not be possible.
 

Pickup & Delivery

At this time, Heart in Hand does not offer shipping.
 

Orders are fulfilled through:

- Local Pickup
Pickup will be arranged once your order is ready.

- Local Delivery
Delivery is available within Thunder Bay city limits for a flat fee of $7

Delivery arrangements will be coordinated once your order is completed.
 

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Because all items are handmade, Heart in Hand does not accept returns or issue refunds.

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
 

Product Information

Earring hooks are made from hypoallergenic 316L surgical steel.

Hooks may also be modified to accommodate:

• Clip-ons for unpierced ears
   

• Gauge tunnels for stretched ears ranging from 2g to 00g
   

Customers should indicate their preference when placing an order.
 

Custom Orders

Custom orders are welcome. Availability, pricing, and production times for custom items may vary depending on the request.

All designs, images, product listings, and content on this website are the property of Heart in Hand and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
 

Limitation of Liability

Heart in Hand is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of products, or damages resulting from improper care or handling of purchased items.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their personal use.
