Returns

Because all items are handmade, Heart in Hand does not accept returns.
 

Refunds

All sales are final. Heart in Hand does not issue refunds once an order has been placed.
 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, items may already be in production, and changes may not be possible.
 

Handmade Items

All products are handmade by the owner of Heart in Hand. Slight variations may occur between pieces, which makes each item unique.
