Order Processing

All items are handmade. Orders typically take 5–7 business days to process before they are ready for pickup or delivery. Manufacturing times may vary depending on the item and current order volume.
 

Shipping

At this time, Heart in Hand does not offer shipping.
 

Local Pickup

Orders may be picked up locally in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange a pickup time and location.
 

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Thunder Bay city limits for a flat fee of $7.

Delivery arrangements will be made once your order is completed and ready.
 

Order Changes or Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, items may already be in production and changes may not be possible.
